Senior Residential Mortgage Loan Officer

Job Summary
Come join Synergy Home Loans as a Senior Residential Mortgage Loan Officer (RMLO). We offer a great commission structure, competitive pricing for the consumer, and a full array of products from Jumbo, Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Down Payment Assistance to Reverse Mortgages. As a Senior RMLO you have the opportunity to build your own Team of RMLOs and assist in their management, development and successes. 
Responsibilities and Duties
As a Synergy Home Loans Senior RMLO, you will assume responsibility to guide new Applicants through the loan process from pre-qualification, application, loan approval, and loan closing while working with our dedicate support staff. You will prequalify prospective home buyers, and review financing options. You will serve as the primary point of contact for applicants throughout the home financing process. Establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with referral sources is vital to the success of the RMLO in this role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with product knowledge and a sense of urgency are all requisites for the role. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively; both verbally and in writing, across a variety of audiences is essential. Minimum of 4 years RMLO experience a must and strong purchase product knowledge around Conventional, FHA and VA financing options.

Qualifications and Skills
Active NMLS License is required.

RMLO Assistant

Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties
As a RMLO Assistant, you will be assisting the RMLO with scheduling, marketing, and communication with Clients and Marketing Referral sources. The Licensed RMLO Assistant will at the RMLO’s direction guide new Applicants through the loan process from pre-qualification, application, loan approval, and loan closing while working with our dedicate support staff. You will assist in the process of prequalify prospective home buyers, and review financing options. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with product knowledge and a sense of urgency are all requisites for the role. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively; both verbally and in writing, across a variety of audiences is essential. 

Qualifications and Skills
Active NMLS License is required. For the right Candidate we will assist in your training and required course work to earn your NMLS License.
